1. Business Profile & Service Scope

Akansha Enterprises is engaged in the manufacturing, supply, structural design, and EPC engineering integration of solar power plants (ranging from 3kW residential systems to 1MW+ industrial utility installations) and solar agricultural pumps. Our physical office and production plant are based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

2. Placing Orders & Structural Feasibility

While baseline prices are published on our website, final installation orders are subject to a technical site survey. We reserve the right to modify system designs, electrical configurations, and mounting structures based on shading assessments, rooftop structural health, and safety considerations. A final quotation will be provided following structural validation.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices quoted on the website or during custom consultations are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST, custom duties) unless specified otherwise. Payments must be processed via our approved payment gateway links or banking transfer methods. We require a mutually agreed advance payment before purchasing components or initiating metal structural fabrication. Balances are due at milestones as specified in the service agreement.

4. Government Subsidies & Approvals

Any estimation of government rooftop solar subsidies is based on current state and central policy rules. Akansha Enterprises will provide documentation and liaison assistance for net-metering approvals, but the approval timeline is subject to state electricity board (discom) procedures. We do not guarantee subsidy disbursement times as they are managed directly by state bodies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The layout, text, custom images, graphics, solar array designs, calculators, and brand logos on akanshaenterprises.online are the exclusive property of Akansha Enterprises. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Performance Warranty

We provide a 25-year performance warranty on solar PV modules as per manufacturer specification and standard warranties on our mounting structures and inverters. Our liability is restricted to repairing or replacing defective parts manufactured or directly integrated by us. We are not liable for grid outages, force majeure conditions (such as lightning, severe storms, or earthquakes), or modifications performed by third-party electricians.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all transactions with Akansha Enterprises are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
