Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the logistical procedures, timelines, and transit guidelines governing physical product dispatches by Akansha Enterprises. Because our systems contain heavy structural galvanizations, fragile glass solar PV arrays, and sensitive electronic inverters, we utilize specialized commercial transport services.

1. Shipping Locations & Scope

We ship solar panels, pre-fabricated metal structures, and balance of system (BoS) accessories to all accessible states and union territories in India. Dispatches are routed directly from our main manufacturing warehouse located at Kokar Industrial Area, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Our processing times depend on system capacities and structural drawings:

• Standard Residential Solar Packages: Sourced, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from layout finalization and advance payment clearance.
• Custom Commercial Systems: Structural cutting and galvanization require custom engineering. Dispatch takes 7 to 10 business days.
• Industrial / Utility Plants: Custom schedules are established under the primary engineering agreement.

3. Transit Times

Standard Transit Duration: Once dispatched from our Ranchi factory, consignments are delivered to the customer's installation site within 7 to 14 business days under normal road traffic conditions across India.

Our primary logistic partners include certified surface logistics agencies (such as Safexpress, VRL Logistics, TCI Freight, or equivalent heavy machinery cargo carriers).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on overall cargo weight, dimensions, and road distance from Ranchi. Unless specified otherwise in your customized project quote, shipping costs will be itemized separately on the tax invoice and integrated into the overall milestone billing.

5. Shipment Tracking

Upon dispatch, our logistics division sends a digital copy of the Lorry Receipt (LR) or Consignment note containing tracking references to your registered email address and WhatsApp number. Customers can monitor progress directly with the carrier's tracking systems or contact our Ranchi desk for assistance.

6. Damage in Transit Policy

Solar panels contain glass and require careful handling. All cargo dispatched by Akansha Enterprises is covered under marine transit insurance. When the truck arrives at your site, please perform a physical count and visual inspect before unloading:

• If you notice structural deformation or broken solar panels, immediately make a formal note on the delivery receipt (Challan) before the driver leaves.
• Send photos and detailed damage descriptions to support@akanshaenterprises.online within 24 hours.
• We will handle insurance claims directly and dispatch replacement panels at no extra charge within 3 to 5 working days.
